You can't find dresses with these expensive design details at this pricepoint anymore!The material has an amazing weight and hand-feel to it; it's definitely structured, which allows the fullness of the skirt to shine, as well as the bow tie in the back. BONUS: There are pockets! It's lined in the chest; no fiber contents are listed but feels like 100% cotton.
Measurements: This will best fit a size X-Small or Small, depending on exact measurements; please see below measurements to be sure. It is also possible to let it out and make it larger, up to about 2"

Chest: some flexibility because of the open back... up to 36" but works for smaller
